Reflexology By Lin

Reflexology By Lin is a massage practice in Gilbert offering several approaches to relaxation, tension relief, and bodywork. The service menu includes deep tissue, Swedish, Thai, couples, reflexology, sports, and hot stone massage.

Deep tissue massage uses slow strokes and deeper finger pressure on areas of severe muscle and connective-tissue tension. Swedish massage uses long, flowing strokes to ease tension and promote relaxation. Thai massage combines deep massage, stretching, and acupressure.

For shared appointments, the couples massage allows two people to enjoy a side-by-side session and choose from the available massage styles. Reflexology focuses on specific points on the feet, while sports massage combines deep tissue techniques and stretching for athletes. Hot stone massage incorporates smooth, heated stones into the session.

What to Expect

The practice emphasizes communication between the client and massage provider. Clients are encouraged to share what they are feeling, what they are experiencing, and what they hope to gain so the treatment can be explained and tailored to the discussion.
