By accessing or using this website, submitting a business listing, creating an account, purchasing a Featured Listing, or otherwise using our services, you agree to these Terms of Service.
If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the website or our services.
1. About Arizona Med Spa Alliance
Arizona Med Spa Alliance provides an online directory designed to help consumers discover med spas, aesthetic providers, wellness businesses, and related services throughout Arizona.
The directory may include free business listings, paid Featured Listings, educational content, links to third-party websites, and other resources.
Arizona Med Spa Alliance is a directory and marketing platform. We are not a medical provider, healthcare provider, medical referral service, or licensing authority.
2. Business Listings
Businesses may appear in the Arizona Med Spa Alliance directory through information submitted directly by the business or gathered from publicly available sources.
Business owners or authorized representatives may be able to claim, update, or enhance a listing.
By submitting or updating listing information, you represent that:
- You have authority to provide the information.
- The information you provide is accurate and not misleading.
- You have the right to submit any images, logos, descriptions, or other materials provided.
- Your business complies with applicable laws, regulations, licensing requirements, and professional standards.
Arizona Med Spa Alliance may edit, reject, suspend, or remove listings that we reasonably believe are inaccurate, misleading, inappropriate, unlawful, or inconsistent with the purpose of the directory.
3. Featured Listings
Arizona Med Spa Alliance may offer paid Featured Listing plans that provide enhanced visibility or additional listing features.
Available plans, pricing, billing periods, and included features will be displayed at the time of purchase.
Featured placement may improve the visibility of a listing within the directory, but Arizona Med Spa Alliance does not guarantee any specific number of impressions, website visits, leads, appointments, customers, revenue, or other business results.
Placement may also vary based on page layout, location, category, search behavior, website changes, and other factors.
4. Subscription Billing and Renewals
If you purchase a recurring Featured Listing subscription, you authorize us and our payment processor to charge the payment method you provide according to the billing interval selected at checkout.
Unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase, recurring subscriptions will automatically renew until canceled.
Pricing may be changed in the future. Any pricing changes affecting an existing recurring subscription will be communicated as required by applicable law before the new price takes effect.
5. Cancellation
You may cancel a recurring Featured Listing subscription according to the cancellation options made available through your account or by contacting us.
Cancellation stops future renewal charges but does not generally provide a refund for an already-paid billing period unless otherwise stated or required by law.
Your Featured Listing benefits may continue through the end of the paid billing period.
6. Refunds
Except where otherwise stated at checkout or required by law, payments for directory advertising, Featured Listings, and subscription services are non-refundable once the applicable billing period has begun.
If you believe you were charged in error, contact us so we can review the transaction.
7. Listing Accuracy
We work to provide useful and accurate business information, but directory information may occasionally be incomplete, outdated, incorrect, or changed without our knowledge.
Businesses are responsible for reviewing their listings and notifying us of necessary corrections.
Consumers should independently verify important information directly with the business, including:
- Services offered
- Pricing
- Promotions
- Hours
- Locations
- Provider credentials
- Licensing
- Treatment suitability
- Medical information
8. No Medical Advice
Content on Arizona Med Spa Alliance is provided for general informational and directory purposes only.
Nothing on the website should be considered medical advice, diagnosis, treatment advice, or a substitute for consultation with a qualified healthcare professional.

Likewise, Featured Listing status indicates that a business has purchased enhanced directory visibility. It should not be interpreted as a medical endorsement or guarantee of quality.
Users are responsible for evaluating providers before purchasing services or undergoing treatment.
10. Third-Party Websites and Services
Listings and other website content may contain links to third-party websites, booking platforms, social media accounts, payment systems, or other services.
Arizona Med Spa Alliance does not control those third-party services and is not responsible for their content, availability, privacy practices, security, products, services, or transactions.
Your interaction with a third-party website is governed by that third party’s own terms and policies.
11. User Conduct
You agree not to use Arizona Med Spa Alliance to:
- Submit false, fraudulent, or misleading information.
