Desire haven spa

Desire Haven Spa is a massage-focused business offering online appointment booking through its booking page. Its approach emphasizes a concise intake, discussion of areas to address and comfort preferences, regular pressure checks, and keeping each session to the scheduled time.

The massage menu includes several appointment lengths and styles. Listed options include 30-minute, 60-minute, 65-minute, and 90-minute massage sessions, along with full-body, Swedish, deep tissue, hot stone, prenatal, couples, and cupping sessions. The booking page describes Swedish massage as using gentle, flowing strokes, while deep tissue massage is described as using firmer pressure. Cupping is listed as a stand-alone 30-minute session.

The setting is described as having dimmed lighting, low ambient music, and smooth linens. After an appointment, the business states that guests receive practical aftercare notes and a brief checkout recording what was addressed for future visits.

Booking and policies

Online booking is available through the business’s appointment page. A 50% deposit is required to validate and confirm a booking, including walk-ins, and deposits may be made by gift card, credit card, or electronic payment.

Appointments are listed as available every day from 12:00 a.m. to 11:55 p.m. Guests are asked to arrive on time because late arrivals may result in a shortened service or rescheduling. Cancellations and rescheduling should be made as early as possible. The booking policy states that deposits for cancellations made with adequate notice receive a 90% refund, while late cancellations and no-shows may incur a fee.
