Perspire Sauna Studio

Perspire Sauna Studio’s Lake Pleasant location provides private infrared sauna suites in Peoria, with red light therapy included in each sauna. The studio is located at 24759 North Lake Pleasant Parkway, Suite 104.

Each suite is designed for a private wellness session and includes towels, adjustable temperature controls, and an in-suite TV. Guests can sauna for up to 40 minutes, and the studio recommends arriving five minutes early for check-in. Comfortable clothing, swimwear, lightweight shorts, or a T-shirt are suggested, and guests may undress to their comfort level.

The SNØ Shower is described as a cool waterfall shower, while halotherapy uses pharmaceutical-grade dry salt air. Guests should stay hydrated before, during, and after an infrared sauna session.
